Twelve years after his legendary victory over the alien Cycloid Emperor, Duke Nukem has become a global celebrity, living a life of luxury in a Las Vegas penthouse. When a news report announces the return of the aliens, Duke is pulled from his glamorous routine to confront a new threat.
