What is Forklift Certified Video Games?
Forklift Certified Video Games (FCVG) is a free and open collaborative encyclopedia with an aim to list all video games that features forklifts, and anything related to digital forklifting. This includes drivable forklifts, non-drivable forklifts, NPC-driven forklifts, forklift missions, forklift items, forklift mods, forklift achievements, and of course forklift memes.

Contributing

How do I contribute to the wiki?

Creating pages on FCVG is very easy and can be summarized in three steps: Click the Create a Page button on the main page and you will be taken to choose what kind of page you want to create. After entering the name of your page in one of the fields and clicking Create [page type] you are taken directly to the appropriate form. Simply fill in the form fields and click Save page to create your new page. The User Guide will take you through the most common Wikitext code to use, and the standards for creating pages at FCVG. Please follow the Rules while contributing.

Who can contribute to the wiki?
Anyone! We only require that you register your own user and confirm your e-mail address. After that you can create and edit as many pages as you like. If a moderator approves your edits they will be published and made available for other readers. Trusted contributors in the editor group will have their content automatically approved, in addition to not having to fill out captchas when creating.

Why should I contribute to the wiki?
That's up to you to decide. As creators of the site we do it for our burning passion for video games as well as forklifts, and also to deepen our knowledge in each of these fields. An added bonus is that you will be able to meet other people sharing this passion.

User profile

How do I edit my user settings?
To change the preferences of your user, click the link in the upper right corner of the page or follow this link (must be logged in).

What are user points and user titles?
User points are given when a user makes a contribution to the site. When a user reaches a certain set of points they are awarded a new title, which will be displayed next to their username within the profile page. Are there any other benefits to having a user profile?

Yes! Here is a small breakdown of the benefits: Your avatar and username will be displayed at the bottom of the pages you edit. You will have your own category displaying all the pages you have created. You can vote and post comments on pages. You are able to add friends or foes. You can post board messages and send gifts to other users. Your username and avatar is displayed when posting to the Forums. So don't hesitate, start contributing today!
