Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a hack and slash action game developed by PlatinumGames and produced by Kojima Productions, released in 2013.

The game follows Raiden, a cyborg ninja who uses a high-frequency katana blade to cut through enemies and environmental objects.

The gameplay focuses on fast-paced combat, with a unique Blade Mode that allows for precise cuts and a physics-based cutting system.

The story is set four years after the events of Metal Gear Solid 4 and explores themes of revenge and he use of child soldiers.
