As he heals, he becomes involved in a conflict against vampires and ghouls, eventually being Embraced by Ecaterina the Wise, a Promethean Brujah, and transforming into a vampire. The game is set in the World of Darkness and features a storyline that spans from the Dark Ages to modern-day London and New York City.
