Tower 57 is a fast-paced neo-retro shooter where cooperation is as important as your ammo capacity. As a member of an extraordinary task force, you fight your way through a dieselpunk megatower and uncover its hidden secrets.
The game is set in a dystopian, post-apocalyptic, dieselpunk world where megatowers are the only enclaves of civilization, and a group of extraordinary individuals is sent to infiltrate the reclusive Tower 57.
You control a team of three agents tasked with storming the titular Tower 57, whose unseen Supervisor had suddenly shut down Grutin Incorporated, the largest manufacturer in the world.
The game features 16-bit inspired pixel art, destructible environments, and a heavy focus on co-op gameplay. It includes a variety of weapons, a hub with shops, mini-games, and establishments to explore, and a story that involves characters like a scientist, beggar, diplomat, and spy.
The game was released for PC through Steam on November 16 2017, and it has been praised for its engaging gameplay, variety of weapons, and lovingly crafted world.
