Design

The Wrinkler is based on the 1966 Clark forklift.

Gameplay

The Wrinkler is available from the start of the game and can be found in warehouses throughout all districts of New Bordeaux.

The Wrinkler may be driven by one of Grecco's men when rescuing Vito in Work the Man Who Bleeds.
