Shadow Warrior is a first-person shooter series following the exploits of ninja mercenary Lo Wang. The original game was developed by 3D Realms and released in 1997, while a modern reboot developed by Flying Wild Hog was released in 2013.
Gameplay
The series is set in a futuristic Japan where Lo Wang battles the forces of Zilla Enterprises and demonic invasions. Lo Wang utilizes a signature katana alongside high-powered firearms like Uzis and rocket launchers. The 1997 original utilized the Build engine, introducing advanced features like ladder climbing and drivable vehicles, while the 2013 reboot modernized the fast-paced combat and environmental puzzles for a new generation.
Forklifts
The series features two distinct forklift models under the fictional brand Titsubishi. The 1997 original features a classic industrial design, while the 2013 reboot features a more eccentric model resembling a reversed tuk-tuk.
