Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing is a kart racing game developed by Sumo Digital and published by SEGA, released in 2010. The game features a crossover roster of iconic Sega characters competing in high-speed races across various themed tracks.

Gameplay

Players can choose from characters like Sonic the Hedgehog and Knuckles the Echidna, each equipped with unique vehicles and specialized All-Star Moves. The game includes various modes such as battle races and random gates, where players use power-ups and weapons to gain an advantage and reach the finish line first.

Forklifts

In a tribute to the Shenmue series, Ryo Hazuki appears as a playable racer. While his primary vehicle is Naoyuki's motorcycle, activating Ryo's All-Star Move causes him to switch to his iconic forklift to plow through opponents. Additionally, a version of Ryo exclusively riding the forklift was released as downloadable content available on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network.
