The Forklift Driver is one of the jobs in the Port in the game Sneaky Sasquatch. You have to use a Forklift to transport goods to the cranes.
Certification
To start the job, you need to pass the certification. Talk to Certification Manager on the second floor of the Admin building. This acts as the tutorial for the job. It costs 1000 coins.
Tasks
Visit the Port Supervisor on the first floor of the admin building to start the tasks.
Each day, several tasks are available. They may only be done during daylight.
In "Load ship" task, you must bring goods from the warehouses to the loading zone of one of the cranes. Check your notebook to learn the list of goods to load, in which warehouses they are located, and to which crane you need to take them.
In "Unload ship" task, you must bring goods from the loading zone of one of the cranes to the warehouses. Check your notebook to learn the list of goods, from which crane you need to take them, and into which warehouses you must move them.
The rewards for these tasks after all 3 promotions are 580-700 coins.
In "Load (or unload) secure cargo" task (Port Security job promotion required), you must transport crates between the secure warehouse and the loading area of one of the cranes. Check your notebook to learn the list of goods to load, where they are located, and to which crane you need to take them. This task may only be started after the Security job promotion, and during daylight. The reward is 600 coins.
Tips
To do the loading task quicker, look for stacks of crates you need. Also you can stack crates inside the warehouse yourself and then transport the whole stack to the berth in one go. During unloading task, you can stack the items which go to the same warehouse near the berth and then move the stack to the warehouse.
Promotions
There are three promotions available.
After 8 jobs you receive the first promotion, your forklift is upgraded, and you can access longer tasks which pay more money (both more cargo and more coins per cargo).
After 8 more jobs, you receive the second promotion, and your forklift is upgraded further.
After 8 more jobs, you receive the last promotion. You receive your own Forklift. It can be found parked at the reserved space at the port parking lot, near the Admin Building. You can customize it with racing tires to improve its performance. Also, tasks pay even more.
At least one promotion in the forklift job (together with promotions in the crane job and the security job) is required to unlock the Junior Supervisor promotion.
Trivia
- During “Load ship” task, you can bring wrong goods to the crane, and it will put them onto the ship anyway.
