Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines is a 2004 action roleplaying video game developed by Troika Games and published by Activision. Set in the World of Darkness, the game is based on White Wolf's tabletop RPG and follows a fledgling vampire in early 21st-century Los Angeles. The game is an indirect sequel to Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption.
Gameplay
Players create a character by selecting a vampire clan, which significantly impacts how they are perceived and which "Disciplines" (supernatural powers) they possess. The narrative focuses on the mystery of the Ankaran Sarcophagus, a relic rumored to herald the end of all vampires. While it underperformed at launch, the game has since gained a massive cult following, maintained by community-made patches available on platforms like GOG. A sequel, Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, released in 2025 following a long and problematic development.
Forklifts
A yellow forklift model is found parked in an alley within the game's urban environments, serving as a decorative piece of scenery.
