Watch Dogs is an action-adventure video game developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft, released in 2014. The game is set in a fictionalized version of Chicago and follows the story of Aiden Pearce, a skilled hacker who seeks revenge after his niece is killed in a car crash that he later discovers was a murder. Aiden uses his hacking abilities to control various systems in the city, including traffic lights, trains, and security systems, to track down those responsible for his niece's death.

Forklifts are machines intended to lift objects, and can be found all around Chicago. Forklifts can either have payloads or simply a platform. Aiden can hack forklifts for various uses, either to reach a high ledge, lift objects, or even to distract enemies.

Forklifts are found all across Chicago, especially in Gang Hideouts, CTOS Control Centers, and the industrial areas of the city.
