Vigilance is a third-person shooter developed by Postlinear Entertainment and Any Channel and released by SegaSoft in 1998 for the PC. The single-player campaign follows eight agents working for the counter-terrorist organization SION (Special Intelligence Operations Network). The game allows players to <noautolinks>control</noautolinks> one of eight SION agents, each with varied strengths and weaknesses. It combines first and third-person perspectives, allowing players to switch between them. The game also supported LAN play and Heat.net, although the latter service was shut down in 2000.
