Miami Vice (2004) is a third-person action shooter game based on the 1980s TV series of the same name. Players take on the roles of Miami detectives Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs as they attempt to dismantle drug-lord Manuel Ortega's organization through 14 missions. The game allows players to switch between Crockett and Tubbs, each with unique abilities and weapons. The game features the original theme from the TV show and includes some original voices.
In the first mission of the game players will get a good look at some yellow forklifts placed around the facility. They sport the brand J&S Shipping Services. The forklift itself looks a little bit wimpy with its short forks and low mast. In a shipping port like this you'd expect the forklifts to be larger and with a more industrial design. It is indeed a missed opportunity for the developers.

Several yellow forklifts like this one can be found at the beginning of the game[1]
