Grand Theft Auto: Vice City Stories is a third-person action game in the Grand Theft Auto series developed by Rockstar Games and released on the PlayStation Portable (PSP) in 2006.

The game was later released on the PlayStation 2 in 2007 and on the PlayStation 3 via PlayStation Network in 2011. It is the second game in the series to be released on the PSP, following Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.

The game is set in 1984 and takes place two years before the events of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The story follows Victor "Vic" Vance, who is kicked out of the military and becomes involved in the criminal underworld of Vice City.

He works with his brother Lance and other characters to build a criminal empire. The game features a variety of missions, open-world exploration, and a soundtrack that is considered one of the best in the series.

There is a small and yellow Forklift (GTA:VCS) in the game which the player will need to master the controls of to finish the mission Boomshine Blowout. It can also be found and driven during free roam.
