The 2002 video game Spider-Man is based on the film of the same name and follows Peter Parker as he takes on the identity of Spider-Man to fight various villains, including the Green Goblin, Shocker, Vulture, and Scorpion. The game allows players to experience the story of the movie while adding original elements that expand on the film's narrative. It features a variety of missions where players control Spider-Man as he swings through New York City, battles enemies, and completes objectives.
The forklift in Spider-Man is found in the second mission Warehouse Hunt. When the player is progressing through a room with a lorry inside of it, an NPC controlled forklift will try to run over Spider-Man, resulting in it crashing into a pile of oil barrels making an explosion and a fire. After this sequence the forklift can be found as decoration in a bigger room at the end of the mission.
