Battlefield 6 is a first-person shooter developed by Battlefield Studios and published by Electronic Arts. The game marks a return to the series' classic large-scale warfare formula, drawing inspiration from Battlefield 3 and Battlefield 4, with a serious tone and a focus on infantry and vehicular combat. Set between 2027 and 2028, the narrative centers on a conflict between a fractured NATO and Pax Armata, a powerful private military corporation.
Gameplay
Players assume the role of elite Marine Raiders, engaging in a global campaign spanning New York City, Gibraltar, Cairo, and Tajikistan. The multiplayer mode features four core classes—Assault, Engineer, Support, and Recon—alongside modes like Conquest, Breakthrough, and Rush. A significant addition is the Kinesthetic Combat System, enhancing movement with leaning, vehicle hitchhiking, and teammate dragging. The game also features environmental destructibility and an overhauled Battlefield Portal powered by the Godot engine.
Forklifts
The game features an old but stylish forklift model that players can use as tactical cover while bullets are raining past them in every direction. Unfortunately, despite its detailed appearance in various maps, the vehicle is not drivable.
