Just Cause 4 is a 2018 action-adventure sandbox game developed by Avalanche Studios and published by Square Enix that serves as the fourth main entry in the series. Set in the fictional South American nation of Solís, the game follows rogue agent Rico Rodríguez as he investigates the truth behind his late father's past while dismantling The Black Hand, a powerful private military organization led by Gabriela Morales.
Gameplay
The game features repetitive mission structures that often require players to locate switches, disable turrets, or escort targets, though the physics-based shenanigans and modular grappling hook modifications offer significant freedom for creative sandbox play.
Players can engage in a variety of activities including wingsuiting through rings, driving vehicles at high speeds, and utilizing controllable tornadoes and lightning guns to wreak havoc on enemy forces.
Forklifts
In the game players can find and operate the Armadillo Forklift. It is a fast moving vehicle with fork attachment resembling a telehandler more than it does a forklift. It is reported to have quite janky physics, which contributes to its ability to cause chaos and destruction.
