Grand Theft Auto V is an action-adventure game set in the fictional state of San Andreas, inspired by Southern California, where players control three protagonists—Michael De Santa, a retired bank robber struggling with family life; Franklin Clinton, a young hustler seeking a better future; and Trevor Philips, a volatile criminal living in the desert. The story follows their intertwined lives as they are drawn back into crime through a series of heists, including a major attempt to rob the Union Depository, while navigating betrayals, corrupt government agents and rival gangs. The game features a dynamic open world, seamless character switching, and multiple endings based on player choices.

The HVY Forklift (GTA 5) featured in GTA V is an industrial vehicle manufactured by HVY, belonging to the Utility vehicle class. It is a yellow vehicle designed to lift boxes or trailers in industrial areas or factories. The forklift moves at a very slow speed. It is powered by a gas canister that can explode if shot, leading to the destruction of the vehicle.

The forklift can be found in various locations such as the Port of Los Santos, Terminal, Devin Weston's hangar at the Los Santos International Airport, and other industrial areas.
Performance
The forklift cannot be modified and has no prominent appearances in the storyline missions of GTA V. The forklift can be driven in GTA V Story Mode, and the lift can be moved upwards and downwards. The forklift is also available in GTA Online, but it cannot be stored as a personal vehicle. The forklift is known for its poor handling, with low power, front wheel drive, and rear steering, making it sensitive to bumpy terrain and prone to tipping over. The forklift's top speed in GTA V is 35.75 mph (57.53 km/h).
